Looking for a good router |
|
was gonna buy that dgl-4300 on newegg.. but just the price itself can give someone a stroke
so i browsed ebay and found a rangemax wpn824 netgear router, this is the last and final netgear router i am ever buying, cant even play a simple game of battleield 2/2142 without some horrible fps connection lag, my last router was a belkin F5D7230-4
which was given to me by a friend who warned me of how horrible and shitty that router is. so i threw dat crap away then got my first netgear WGR614
-this router is stupid and hopeless,*in terms of gaming*
now....i got my new tp-link ultra gaming router- TL-WR641G
ive really opened any ports or anything like dat , i just got it like an hour ago...just settin things up
but i hope this is what ive been waiting for, it has all excellent reviews, and i only payed 40 for this baby[/b]
BUT I GIVE THIS ROUTER A 5/5 STARS!!!

I think you can still find some of the older Linksys WRT54G routers in some Best Buy and Circuit City (Newegg has the newer ones with features you don't need and a jacked up price as well as bad firmware) stores for about 40 bucks. They are really dependable and simple to use. The only limit to it's features is how much you know about networking, it has all the built in Cisco routing components.
